Your account has been sent to studio for fixing, they should email when it is fixed
to subscribe for now as a workaround, if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can then subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted

had this issue two months back and still not fixed. I'm calling you guys out . fix some errors not things that work fine. if it works don't fix it hmm . and fix the ones that error out and reset. I have the subscription card for two months, and it wont go in to your system from myside. but works if added to my account on your end. and you have no after hour support, so i have purchased sub and most likely wont have a script for a weekend how do you guys do it and act like your trying if its a known issue maybe it needs some attention. and please put more thought to lowering the difficulty's of hard mode aka veteran master and nm. story mode is now hack and slash sleep mode. if you dumb up hard mode its just easy mode and what's left for the ones that have been here from the beginning. I miss when the big picture was thought about. sorry for the rant but I care a lot of us do.

edit - if you have another code it can be emailed in to support@swtor.com , best to email from the email on the swtor account

i tried to add to steam and can bring it up but wont take the sub card
i bought

steam is a 3rd party vendor , if by sub card you mean a code from say amazon then email it into support@swtor.com it can be added manually
