Seems the swtor support staff have Monday off due to a bank holiday in Ireland , think it will be tomorrow before a response here now

I thought one of the austin team might be on , but that doesn't seem the case as cant see any online here so far

if that changes i will post the feedback

@proxos666 All good, thanks for the response. This will be my last attempt to play the game after this experience, even after 8 years of play. And only sticking around at this point because I have money floating out there.

I also have the subscription error stating "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance."

I have reset my password on both SWTOR and EA multiple times to ensure they are the same and I still cannot purchase the subscription.

Your account has been sent to studio for fixing, they should email when it is fixed

to subscribe for now as a workaround, if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can then subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted
