cannot resubscribe (non steam)

cannot subscribe, I have asked this before but cant find the answer i got. i have been trying to re-subscribe to swtor but am unable to, I get the maintenance error when i try to and get a payment error when i try and change payment methods. i have tried buying on incognito mode and changing my passwords both on ea and on swtor and none of them work

Try with incognito mode on chrome or clearing the web browser cache and cookies
