Your account has been sent to studio for fixing ( there is no timeframe ) they should email when it is fixed

 

to subscribe for now, if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can then subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted

Hi, I have the same problem: " There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance. "

Aight so I downloaded it thru steam and bought a sub on the steam page but it didn't upgrade my account. It's saying on the swtor website that I didn't even buy one but I have the steam receipt
