can't subscribe

Hey

I can see on my bank account that I paid for sub May 11th, but I'm still just a preferred player in the game. Why is that happening? I had some problems subscribing before, but this time the payment got through.

I am having this same issue i can not make any SWTOR purchases either how do i fix this my sign in name is Bruceprattjr and e-mail is [edit: email address removed] can someone e-mail me  so i can fix this issue

The issue on your account has been elevated to the studio for investigation 

if you link your swtor account to a steam account , and login on a character fully via steam to complete the account link, then buying a subscription through steam will work whilst they look at the issue on your account

how do you link it to steam ??

install the game through steam and then login and load a character ingame fully then exit that will be enough to ensure the accounts are linked

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona kengel1234 (not kengel123 that your posting on now) that EA account uses the same gmx email as on your swtor account

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
