I enjoy playing old republic on my pc and it lags a lot so will it be coming out on ps4

There has been no discussion of it and in all honesty it most likely will not happen. Games like FFXIV or ESO were built for both PC and consoles from the ground up, however swtor in the way its designed plus the engine it uses wouldn't make it viable to convert it to PC.

I really doubt that. First, I don't see the reason why EA or Bioware should or if the ps4 controls are capable of selecting all the moves set of your character.
