Why is my account banned

Hello,

Today 10/21/15, I tried to buy Cartel coins on Swtor. When I went to complete the order it said my account has topped payments. So I called customer service at Swtor and the man that helped said my EA account was banned since Feb. . I can still log in and unable to gain any more info.
