Unbelievable graphics glitch

I have windows 10 and before those I had Windows 8 with which I had no problems.

I haven't played the game at all since I installed Windows 10 and right now I have Early Access and wanted to play the new expansion.

Problem 1: http://postimg.org/image/snbg350h3/full/ Black backround screen at character selection. Some of my characters have white starts instead of total blackness and one of my characters has the interior of his ship but only a wall of it)

I mean... no comments about problem 2.

Anyone has any idea?

FOUND THE SOLUTION:

can you confirm if the below sorts this for you ?

Press the Windows key and select settings

Go into Time and language, select region and language on the left

Click additional date, time & regional settings

Under region click the link for change date, time and number formats

Click additional settings at the bottom

Click either reset , or ensure . is decimal symbol and , is digit grouping symbol

Want currency to display as $ 1,000.00

@Queldron Hey, can you try a clean install of your graphics drivers to start? I hope that putting a clean set of W10-compatible ones will swiftly resolve the issue.
