Unable to subscribe [ Edited ]

I am unable to subscribe, tried resseting my password for swtor and EA

SWTOR username is darthrafus

You will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix the account issue

I am having a similar problem where it says "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance."  What do I do?

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has no persona (not klef54arud2g your posting on now) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account 

use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account 

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

I have tried what you mentioned to do and it is still saying it.  I don't know if it is the type of computer I am using or what but I am even using incognito mode and it is still not working.  Is there something wrong that I am not doing?

log into the ea account that uses the same email as your swtor email , set a persona and post here so know for sure your on the right account

So if I am reading this right you mean use the email where swtor sends emails to correct?

Okay I have finished things up using my other email.  Do I try again from this point?
