Unable to Subscribe (Not Steam)

Hello, I have a problem with subscribing. How to solve this error message?

I tried resetting passwords on swtor, ea.com and origin.

you will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

@proxos666 would there be another way to solve the issue, like sending an email or something? cause from Spain, the call itself would cost me the same amount as the sub would. In any case, thanks for your help!! ^^

You will need to call i'm afraid , it should be a quick fix though 

maybe skype or voip will help with the call cost , skype is like $2 for a 60 minute call to the UK for example from Australia
