Hi there,
My girlfriend tried to gift me sub time for SWTOR last night and it didn't apply, she then gifted me the money on Steam to try myself, which I did and it also has not applied. Since I'm not a subscriber (despite my best efforts) seemingly this is my only way to ask for help without paying international phone costs, which I should not have to do and will not do.
Is there an email I can use or any other way to get this sorted out? I'd like to subscribe to the game, I have subscribed to the game but it's not working. Someone please help.
I'd also like to make it clear again: I cannot afford to call a paid support line in the UK for help, least of all after already having lost money to this whole debacle.
