Tatooine story quest rolled back but no companion.

Pre-Patch I had completed the Tatooine Main Sith Inquisitor story and had gotten Andronikos as a new companion. I started the bonus series and then logged off that night. The next day, post patch, when i logged in I no longer had Androikos, and I was once again at the step to look at Pallas body, which is like midway through the main quest (that I had already completed) but even worse, I can no longer summon Androikos to complete the quest.

Additionally, I no longer have 2VB-R8 - hes just gone.

@PhoenixAP42 Hey, we've gotten some reports of this and are investigating. To start, can you close the game down fully, be sure to manually exit, then restart and check again. 

If this has no effect, please create an in-game ticket with details on the issue.
