Swtor cant get one time code and key password lost serial number [ Edited ]

1. I cant use my pass key in the phone becouse i need the serial number and i cant claim a one time code becouse i cant login in the page, i only get this... and i want my account back . And i dont get that " lost your security key". And im from chile so i cant call to EEUU

If you are missing both the password and unable to remove the security key , it needs to be done by phone with CS to manually remove the key for you once confirmed as the account holder

I recommend using voip or skype to call them if your phone plan does not include good international rates
