Suddenly, live agent chat appeared

I'm a free player, not a subscriber anymore. A few minutes ago, while I was playing my Imperial Agent on Dromund Kaas, a green message appeared saying something about "Live agent chat".

Wat.

The Preferences button suddenly blinks green and there is a 'Customer support help request' going on. watishappening.png

In the help request I watch my character's name having a discussion with some player who needs help. I do not type anything, but that doesn't stop my character from chatting with the other player.

I have screenshots to prove what happened. Is there a way to send them to the game support staff? Free players cannot even post on the forum, so this is the only place I could come for help.
