Support see no issue with the swtor account Jasine , they also do not see any purchase attempts on that account 

 

maybe try incognito mode on chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies and see if it persists

I got the same problem. Bought 30 days subscription with my visa card. It shows up in history, but the time is NOT added to my account. Please fix!

ahh ok is flagged response likely in the next hour

 

edit: too a look at your screenshot , The open status is why the gametime isnt added , some payment methods for example paysafe can take a long time to close

 

if that changes to closed and still no gametime be sure to post that here 

 

irrespective of that it is flagged for support to double check still

Hey I'm having a similar issue. I bought the subscription through the website and NOT through steam. Yet I play SWTOR on steam. Was this where I messed up? On the website it says I have a subscription but when I open the game through steam it says my account is still preferred.
