Subscription problem

I just bought the game for steam and through the steam store bought the thirty day subscription. However, when I log into the game it shows me as a free to play player. How can I get it to work?

Downloads on steam show I have it.

Support can see you have a 60 day sub now , can you send in the proof of purchase for the previous purchase per the sticky
