Subscription on steam not working.

Hello. 

I bought a subscription for Star Wars The Old Republic on Steam and I have a problem. The subscription has not been activated. I do not know what to do. I sent an email to [edit: email address removed].

Support said they added the gametime yesterday , so you should be all good now

Your email has arrived ok , before any gametime can be added the below needs to be done 

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has no persona (not TheHidenEye your posting with now) that EA account uses a yahoo email (likley the email used to create the swtor account).

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

i no longer have access to that yahoo.com mail account why is it that i have to varify that old acc when i have an active acc and a varified purchase? my swtor acc has also been updateded due to that fact i no longer have access to that yahoo

Per https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-account-linked the accounts are linked for purchasing,  the linked accounts can have separate emails 

call swtor support when the lines are open and they can assist updating the email on that account
