Subscription not active and missing Cartel Coins

I set SW:TOR to download.  While it was downloading, I bought a 30-day subscription and 1050 Cartel Coin pack and a 250 Cartel Coin Pack.  I left to run some errands, came back, the game was installed. I then bought another CC pack - the 450.  

I logged in with a previous played account, and it shows I have preferred status, not a subscription. I logged into my character and it shows the 450 CC I have purchased, but not the 250 pack and 1050 pack.

My login name is Rizzalicous.

Attached are proof of my 30 day sub, and proof of of the two purchases of Cartel Coins that I am missing,

Support said there is no username as Rizzalicous.
