so yesterday I was trying to buy the monthly but I was getting an error 0

 

so I gave up and tried again today same issue

 

so I tried to then and see if the 60 days would work no dice

 

finally, I decided to use a code from amazon and that didn't work

 

now it's saying that I did buy the 60 days even though I'm not subbed 

 

checked my bank and it did indeed charge me for that 60 day even tho it said it didnt. So i bought the amazon card in vain, cant get the money back on the amazon card but i would like the 30 dollars i did spend on ur site back and to get the 60 days.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona legend234567 (not everyname23) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account

 

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

 

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

 

the purchase made previously has been placed in the refund queue and will be refunded after it closes in the system

 

once you reset the password you are good to repurchase

 

edit - if the amazon code doesnt work after the password reset you will need to email that code into support@swtor.com
