When I trying to pay for the subscription, an error occurred both times and the amount of 85 rubles was debited twice, please help to solve the problem. Before that, I paid several times without problems.

swtor username ? try re-adding the card , try a different payment method or check with bank 

the 85rubles is a merchant card verification charge , that gets refunded as swtor dont actually get that money

Yes, the problem was the commission charged by the bank. But thanks anyway for responding.
