Subscription Status isn't updating

Ok so this seems to be something that doesn't happen to many people, but heres the gist of it

 

Since about early december my game has been saying that my account is only preferred status, even though when i check on the website it says that i am subscribed and have 156 days of subscribed played time left. I've been a subscriber for 3 years and i have never canceled the subscription, and this problem has never happened before

 

I've tried rebuying the subscription, buying a more expensive one, cancelling and rebuying it and nothings works the game still says I'm preferred status and it does give me all the F2P Limits when i play so its not a display problem

 

The account name is Jamesdoesmcx, if anyone can fix this id be super grateful, i love this game and want to keep getting the full experience.

Your account should be sorted now , support have also added back 30 days to your account

 

They recommend calling next time given this has been going since December

Your account should be sorted now , support have also added back 30 days to your account
