The swtor and linked EA account can now have separate emails and passwords per this link , that linkage cannot be changed
you can see the linked EA account email if you go to the transaction history page in the swtor account

If you dont have access to the hotmail email on the EA account sakotah then you can call swtor support to update the email on that EA account
as to the steam purchase email the screenshots (from the swtor email) in per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/...
when you call support, you can make sure they have the email from you, otherwise ask to upload the screenshots to a ticket whilst your on the phone
The EA account password reset , needs to be sorted to add gametime to that swtor account

English Lines open in about 2 hrs , when you call they will verify you as the account holder what they ask will be based on info on your account just so they know it is you

I had recently played the game a few months ago under a subscription through the website, playing through steam. I just reinstalled the game, and launched the game to see ive been transferred to a preferred account. I checked swtor.com, and i see my recurring subscription is still in effect. I tried to change to a 60 subscription, but i have not seen a change in game.
