Can't purchase a subscription
It says:

There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance.

I changed my EA password, tried to log in from another browser. Nothing helps.

you will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

not for the account issue you have , they will only resolve it over the phone , it should be a quick easy fix though

It's hard for me to contact them by phone... cos it will be very expensive.

maybe skype or similar will be cheaper its like $2 for a 60 minute call to the UK from Australia for example and it should only take like 5 - 10 min to fix the account

even if you email them they will respond to call them
