You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has no persona (not salindril) that account uses a joh. dk email but it is not the same as on swtor.
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
If you have trouble working out the account , give swtor support a call when the lines come up

Same issue on account Jerooen. Sub taken twice from official website and steam still prefered status....

Support have refunded the 60 day swtor purchase as to the 30 day steam purchase can you send in uncropped screenshots as detailed in the sticky https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/firs...
once that EA account is sorted purchasing on swtor will work as intended, and needs to be done before the steam time can be added.

Sadly that persona is linked to an email adress that got hacked. I tried to contact customer support UK through calling but they said they are unable to help me change the email adress.
Does this mean the account is lost forever and I wont be able to ever access it anymore?
UPDATE: Managed to fix it i actually did forget the email. I logged in on ImpressMe and changed the password? Anything else now that I need to do?

That should be it , use incognito mode on chrome if you still see the maint screen
