I am returning to SWTOR after many years absence to find that it is impossible for me to re-sub have tried numerous methods only to end up with the generic server is busy message, I get the same message even trying to change my card details. I've uninstalled it as playing even with the preferred status is downright annoying and I think the problem is a while ago I consolidated my origin accounts into one. from memory of almost a decade ago I believe swtor created it own origin account on installation. I believe this is the problem is there a way to rectify this situation.

You are best to call swtor support they can look better at your account to see if they work out what is wrong

Thanks for the reply, Are those numbers free-call and which do you think would be most appropriate UK, Germany, France or USA as I'm based in Australia.

I have a vodafone mobile plan and they include free calls to both UK and US
if need use voip or skype to say call the UK number , last i looked skype was $2 an hour roughly
