Subscriction dont work

Hi Im from Ukraine and i buy subscription in steam but subscription dont activated
Sorry for my bad english.I change my email on swtor and send screenshot to SWTOR support but i didnt get no answer.
What i should do?(

Ahh i know who you are now , maybe try emailing the screenshots from a different email say like gmail , just be sure to include the swtor account name so they know the account
