Seems the purchase has not completed and still says unconfirmed, the status needs to change to close before game time will be active

must be something to do with the payment method used

The system is automated with the banking merchants , you need to wait, either that transaction will say closed or failed 

was the payment method paysafe  ? that method has been notoriously slow to close
