Hello,
Yesterday morning I purchaes a 60 day sub on swtor.com on my account.
In the end of the purchase process it gave an error, yet money was transferred from my account.
In my purchase history I see the invoice and the status of the Sub is ' Open'
Ingame I am still marked as a preferred status member instead of Subscriber.
I hope this can be fixed soon as my holiday is running out

I see the payment is closed right now.
But I am still preferred status in game.
How long does this usually take?
It's been 3 days already, thats ridiculous in this day and age.

i think because you have pending payment/ awaiting payment on your bank payment on EA is take up to 24 hour to procees. well after 24 hour if you not received your content you can contact https://help.ea.com/en/ they will help you out for the content you missing. just show them the receipt email and purchased history on your steam it should fix the problem
