Support have your email , however they cant add gametime due to an account issue 

you will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

You should be good now , gametime has been added , if you have a subscription in steam , be sure to cancel it in the steam account , it can be repurchased on steam when the current gametime ends
