Support cant see an email from you , if you call support again , ask to upload the screenshots to a case whilst on your on the phone due tothe emails not arriving
this way you know they have the screenshots 100%

I have same problem, purchased Game Time on steam, but it doesn't get activated on my account. Email with screen shots sent.

I purchased a 180 day subscription on May 8th through Steam but it did not apply to my account despite my bank account getting charged. I have emailed support once but it hasn't been fixed yet, so I just sent the email again. Username: darth_sawyer. Is there an explanation for why this happens? This really shouldn't still be an issue after two years. I would appreciate verification that support has received my email.

I have already answered to the swtor support that I do not live in any of the countries that provide phone support. It will be an expensive international call for me. What should I do now? So I just threw my money away? I don't understand what the problem is. Steam payment has passed, I have attached screenshots, swtor support sees my mail.

Maybe skype or voip will be better to call with , no gametime can be added to that swtor account until the account is fixed .
you could create a new swtor account , attach the steam account to the new account , then email the screenshots to support again to add the gametime to the new swtor account
however if you want the gametime added to the current swtor account , you will need to call to get the account sorted
