Steam subscription not working.

I was in contact with support earlier and they requested that I send pictures of the purchase. I have not heard anything since and was therefor wondering if they have received the pictures. Is it possible for you to check with them if they have arrived?

Support can see the account is fixed, however they cant see an email for the steam purchase 

try resending first up using the email you have attached to the swtor account , and let me know and i can check if it arrives ok

I have now resent the pictures in seperate emails.

Still nothing with screens 

Support have made a case 109534997 over at help.ea.com , however it is on the linked EA account ( not the EA account Jyrgus69 your using now ) that account uses a live.com email 

When you go to help.ea.com on the top right is login , you need to login using that live.com email to get to the right ea account , once you get to the case made their you can upload the screenshots to that case 

if your not sure of what the email is , if you login to myswtor , and then click on subscription on the left side , on that page will be a link like "view your purchase history"  on the top right of that history page will be the live email address used on the linked ea account

Alright, I've now attached the files to the case.

ok seems support have un into an issue , when they try to verify the screens you uploaded , it pops up file is unsupported 

can you save them as JPG instead of PNG and reupload and can then see if support can open them
