Thank you for the update! I will try and resend the email whilst I wait for support to open up their lines. Do you know how long the answering time is for emails?

Usually they are pretty quick like in a day , but they are likely clearing the easter holiday backlog today would be my thinking 

so 1 -2 days would be expected , you can confirm they have your email when you call

Support still cant see an email from email you have attached to the swtor account

If you can login to help.ea.com on the linked ea account (top right is login) ( and that ea account uses the same email as your swtor account ) there is case no 109382804 

Upload the screenhots to that case and let me know when done and can flag with support again

I open the ea help page and then the case you said but its blank, what i have to do? how I upload screenshots?

Edit: I think i managed to upload the screenshots to the case. Thanks for the help, really, i hope this works.

Edit 2: You are awesome, you dont know how much I appreciate it, I got the sub already, thanks for the help. And I want to know if this could happen again or its a better idea to purchase it in the swtor page instead of steam.

Up to you if you want to purchase on swtor.com , the current steam if it i set as a recurring sub needs to be cancelled , you can purchase on steam again when the current gametime runs out though

I've send a email to support but I have no answer and my game still don't take the subscript in count...

Can you help me cause is not my first time buy somthing with steam and that's work... but not this time
