No emails have arrived , not sure why they didn't create a ticket to upload too as mentioned previously when called
anyways if you have the screenshots per the steam sticky , you should have a ticket to upload them too on the EA account your posting with that uses a gmail email , let me know if you do not have the support email too

Evening
My monthly steam sub did not rollover. The 1st month went off without an issue but the 2nd month has taken the money but shows me as a preferred member, not a subscriber. I have tried quitting and reloading.
I have emailed support.

@proxos666 They did create tickets and I replied to them with the screenshots, but seems there is something with my email. I have attached screenshots to the EA ticket, hope now everything is fine

Hey there, I am having this issue too, login is jokermack
email sent off associated email address with the relevant information, it has been 5 days since I purchased it and I have yet to receive it, I initially followed the information on the first page of this thread but that did not include requiring the steam ID, could this be updated for anyone else who suffers my fate

Swtor support cant see any email from you , if you have tried sending already more then once, if you can call swtor support when the lines are open and request to upload the screenshots to a ticket whilst you are on the phone
