Thank you but I have enough of this situation, I will call support again and they will say the same. I called twice and they said twice that they can't fix my account and now I have to call back again and say they can fix it because someone on the forum says so.

I am so sorry you're having so much trouble with this.
I can confirm what @proxos666 said is correct and your account is very much fixable and we should get you your game time as well added to it. Sadly, I am not able to do that from my side, but I have left a note on your account and the next person you get should see that and be able to help you out. Feel free to point that out when you are on the phone as well and they will have to check for it

I am not sure about an exact script, but after you have given your account name and verified it, you can say something along the lines of "Please have a look at the account notes of my account. It should state there on how you can help me."

if I understand, the notes are on my old account, not on the new account that support told me to create
