Hello. I bought the 60 day subscription on steam. When I turned the game on I only have access to free to play content. I went to the account details to check if both my accounts are linked and they are.
I have sent the email to the support with the correct screenshots required.
My Star Wars the Old Republic account name: maskca.

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Support have your steam email , let me know when the above is done and i can check the email is still in a queue for an agent , otherwise they may email and ask you to call

You should be good now , gametime has been added , if you have a subscription in steam , be sure to cancel it in the steam account , it can be repurchased on steam when the current gametime ends

You should be good now , gametime has been added , if you have a subscription in steam , be sure to cancel it in the steam account , it can be repurchased on steam when the current gametime ends

I am also experiencing this issue. SWTOR username iUnisaur. It's been 3 days since I sent an email regarding my subscription status AND purchase of cartel coins, I sent an email with snapshots of proof of purchase as well. Steam needs to fix this instead of forcing people to constantly get into contact with their support team.
