you will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

same here. I even purchased it through steam before and had no problems. let my account lapse a while back and then finally have time in life to play again so I figured why not I enjoyed it the first time around. Then I am stuck in this endless nightmare loop of steam saying it went through on our end so check with EA BIOWARE so I go to EA bioware and it is literally just an endless loop of links that send you back and forth with no real way to contact anybody. it is incredibly frustrating. I just want to play. and if steam and EA/ bioware have been allowing this to happen then an in game window needs to be made and it should be removed from steam as an option for purchase. clearly I am far from the first person to have this issue. username is VarikThanewulf if that helps me in some way.

account is flagged to get checked for issues too , response will be in about 8 hrs when support are online for the day.
Steam issues usually occur for 2 reasons
1. accounts are not linked when the purchase is made
2. the swtor or linked ea account is either banned or disabled for purchasing

steam says it is fine on their end and I haven't done anything to get banned or flagged so I don't know. I was a member before and it went through fine so I guess I will just have to wait. thanks
