Hello, i bought a subscription to SWTOR last saturday, i sent an email just like i read here on the forums with the three screenshots and i still havent got an answer

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona abche9q8r6l19j (not Sir_Wingo your posting on now) that EA account uses a GMail email
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
If you get that account password reset , let me know and/or you can reply to the eemail support sent you to check the account again , and add the gametime

My username is Sir_wingo, customer service answered my request with the ticket 38835452, but now they say that my "Electronic Arts account has a problem due to which the gametime was not updated on the account", and now they ask me to call them, the problem is, im in Colombia, and from my location it is impossible for me to contact them via telephone, i tried to contact them in their working hours via international call, but everytime it seems the line isnt available, i dont know how to solve this problem :/

Hmmmm then i think i have a problem, i deleted the email related to that account like 5-6 years ago, what should i do? :/

Call swtor support when the lines are open , they can update the email on that account

I just called them and they made the update on the EA account, my subscription has just been activated, Thanks! :D
