Steam sub dont work

Hello I subscribed to SWTOR on steam and it didn't make my account subscriber status.I wrote to support and got no response.

Edit: let me know when you send a new email , when i checked they could not see an email from you

still nothing seen , you are best to call swtor support when the lines open and ask to upload the screenshots to a case whilst on the phone
