Hello.
I followed the related support sticky and sent the swtor support email a mail with the 3 requested screenshots.
The problem I'm facing is that I purchased a 30 day sub, and it isn't being reflected ingame.

Issue has been resolved since I posted. Gametime was added to my account. Thank you for responding though!
