Hello i have the same problem i just purchased a 1 month subscripation but i'm still a preffered player account name is YumeSan i changed my password i tryed everything even google for stuff and im even linked with my steam account on all platforms i neever had this kind of a problems before

I bought x3 prepaid for 60 days on steam and then a sub for 30 days. I thought one would pass, I got the coins as normal, but I'm not a subscriber all the time.
