Steam Subscription Issue

Hello, I purchased a 1 month subscription through Steam and it has not been applied to my account.

I also do not know if my EA and SWTOR accounts are linked, both use the same email address and same display name but different passwords.

I have sent an email to support.swtor.com explaining the purchase issue, is there anything extra that I can do to help solve this issue?

Support have your email , however they cant add the gametime due to an account issue 

to resolve the account issue you will need to call swtor support when the lines open

@Excesiiv In addition to this, upon trying to purchase a subscription through the SWTOR website itself, I am prompted with "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance.".

I have tried other browsers and changing my password as others have indicated and this has not helped.

I am having the same trouble.

Been a long time player before and came back at the end of 2021 to check out the game but had the same problem with the subscription right from the get go and now again, this is really disappointing.
