Steam Subscription Issue

Subscription issue.
Bought a 30 day sub through steam but it has not applied to my account.
Did some troubleshooting and found the info regarding emailing support with 2 screenshots. Did this 4 days ago but have not got a reply and my account still does not have the sub applied.

Please assist.
