I purchased 30 days of game time on Steam, and it isn't applying to my SWTOR account.
My Steam and EA accounts are linked.
My SWTOR display name is feyspeaker
My Steam username is unsettledpanda
I already emailed support yesterday with my screenshots, and they still have not replied. I even called a representative who didn't seem to know how to solve the problem, and just walked me through emailing again early this morning. I was told the first time that my screenshots were incorrect, so I sent the proper ones over soon after and that is what I have received no reply to.
Here was my support ticket number (I ended up with two ticket numbers inexplicably, it seems like my messages have bounced around.):

I've sent emails to support with screenshots of steam account and purchase history of swtor but haven't gotten a reply. Help would be appreciated !
