Security&Activation keys log-in problem

Hi! I've decided to try out SWTOR in 2021, but it's been a while since I've logged in. 

I used to have a security key app on an old phone. When I want to use that on the new one, it requires an activation code, which I'm supposed to get from some profile setting. The thing is, I can't log in to that either, because it asks for the security code. 

What do I do?

Hey there! If you remember your password, you can follow the steps in this guide to see if you can remove the Security Key yourself and attach a new one. If you are unable to remove the Security Key or you have lost your password, you will need to contact support and have them remove the Security Key for you.
