SWTOR Subscription issue

I've purchased a 60 Day subscription, and I got the order confirmation, yet I haven't recieved the subscription yet, and when purchasing I had an error pop up that said there was an error with the purchase, try again later.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account with the persona: vnenad864 that account uses a different email to your swtor account  and is a hotmail.ch email

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

as to your purchases, support say there are purchases going back to july and have asked if you can call them when the lines are open to get refunds sorted

My SWTOR technically should be linked to my gmx.ch email, which I changed a while ago. As for the purchases, the purchases on my hotmail.ch ea account are all from 05th September 2020. I've reset passwords on both now but this is just a mess, since technically I had changed the email to a newer one in the SWTOR account settings.

The EA and swtor accounts can use different emails and passwords but remain linked
