SWTOR LOGIN SERVICE UNAVAILABLE

I keep getting login service unavailable on my swtor, I've done every possible fix there is and none of them work, I live in Australia and last I played the game was 2019 and ever since then I've moved houses and ISP. Can anybody help with this issue?

The only workaround apart from change ISP is try a VPN

What antivirus are you using ?> i gather you have added exceptions for launcher.exe and swtor.exe to the exception lists for the firewall and AV 

Open a command prompt and ping launchpad.swtor.com , if it responds the login service should work ok , so something l;ocal has to be blocking it

@proxos666 I'm not using any AV and I'm launching swtor through steam, I've also tried adding swtor.exe and launcher.exe to the exception list of my firewall still no fix. I've attatched an image of my ping from cmd and something seems off

Yes the request timed out is why you have no login servers 

it is likely a routing issue to your ISP , turning the modem off for 15 min may grab a different IP address and if it is a different enough may not be affected

here is my ping from australia for example

@proxos666 I'll try turning it off for 15 mins, if that doesn't work what should i do? plus im using an ethernet cable, before i use to use wifi

Wait is the best suggestion most routing issues resolve within 24 hrs 

Depending on your ISP you can ask if they can give you an ip address in a different range as likley to be unaffected

Australia , closest is best , otherwise US for example

If possible ask the ISP for a different IP address in a different range
