STEAM subscription not working 27.01.2023 [ Edited ]

Hello.

I subscribed through Steam and i appear free to play in game.

I've sent an email to [edit: email address removed] with my purchase and my steam account details.

My SWTOR ingame name: gbagaxx

My SWTOR account mail: [edit: email address removed]

Steam is linked in SWTOR account.

Please help! Thank you!

Support have your email however need the below done to add the gametime 

The linked ea account has been disabled and had its data wiped , you can try using this link and entering the swtor yahoo email address used on your swtor account 

let me know when done and i can recheck the account to see if it is active

Gametime has been added to your swtor account 

If not done so yet , you need to cancel the swtor subscription on your steam account , it can be repurchased when this gametime ends

Next time i will subscribe directly from SWTOR website.

Hello, having the same issue here. Bought subscription at Steam and it doesn't show up in game.
My account name is Andres_Riley. Steam is linked in SWTOR account.

i also bought subscription but it never went active.... My accounts are all linked to steam so i dont see how this problem could have occured.

Glad to hear gametime has been added 

if not done so yet you need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account , it can be repurchased once the gametime ends
