I don't remember my password, and i cant reset my password because of a security key on a phone I no longer have.

And I can't remove the security key because I can't log in.

You will need to call Customer Service in this case for further assistance.  For security purposes they will need to verify your account but once they do they will be able to remove the security key and assist with a password reset.

Using skype with that contact is a free call to the best of my knowledge, that number is only available as per the hours listed (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT) so need to confirm time zone etc.

I dont have a mic for my computer so will doing to skype call still work? I'm trying to get my account back after like 2 years or so.

Skype needs a mic it is essentially calling them

if not local to those locations remove the (0) when trying to call , example uk is +44 203 0141826
