Refer a Friend - Not been granted 7 days premium

Just wondering if there is a reason that i wasn't granted the 7 days free premium when i was referred? Cant make a ticket which is bizarre so was wondering if anyone could help me out. Thanks.

The requirements pretty much fall into 2 categories new account and previous subscribers that haven't subscribed within 90 days

What is interesting is that the 7 days is only mentioned for previous subscribers.

It is a common misconception by a lot of people that they think they always get the free 7 days @iTorrance. 

You only receive them if you have been a previous subscriber and without a sub for 90 days. When you use a referral link, you get the bonus 7 days. You do not get them when making an account with the referral link. As @proxos666 pointed it out as well.

You still get some goodies when the referral was successful, though
