I purchased a 30 day subscription through steam and it was not applied to my account. After some googling I found the steam sticky saying I should take two screenshots of my account and proof of purchase and email them to support. I did that, and after three days I got an email from support with a password reset link and they closed my ticket. WTF? I can't refund the purchase through steam and support does nothing to help!

it is likely the linked ea account is disabled needing a password reset , that prevents game time being added to the swtor account until it is done

Ok good to hear you did the password reset , your account is good now for future purchases
